If Your Order Arrives With an Issue

We recommend checking your shipment as soon as it is delivered. If you notice any signs of damage—whether to the packaging or the contents—please record this on the delivery paperwork before signing. If you’re unable to open the package at the time of delivery but believe there may be an issue, clearly note “suspected damage” on the receipt.
